About the Pastors

Pastor Roy McFadden is a native of Miami, Florida and the husband of Louise McFadden of Miami, Florida.  They are the parents of six children between the both of them. 

He is the President and Founder of Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries, an inter-denominational church located in West Palm Beach, Florida.

In 1999, the Lord led Pastor McFadden and his family to relocate to West Palm Beach.  In 2000, God spoke to him through Genesis 8:22 to start Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministry.  Then the ministry was birthed.
 
The first service was held on New Year’s in year 2000 in the home of a member.  There were 50 people at the service.  Then the ministry moved into a school.  The Ministry continues to grow very rapidly.  Now the ministry is at its present location in the Chapel of a Methodist church.  God has truly blessed us.

Pastor McFadden is committed to spreading the Gospel through conferences, workshops and revivals.  Through McFadden Ministry, Pastor McFadden is able to minister God’s word via audio tapes across the country.  With a strong prophetic voice, he offers a practical approach to God’s word through the Harvesting Your World Broadcast which can be heard on WJFP 107.1 FM on Sundays @ 8:30am to 9:00am and WMBM 1490 AM on Sundays @ 3:00pm to 3:30pm.

Co-Pastor Louise McFadden has a powerful Women Ministry.

Women of Excellence – This Ministry was birthed in 2005.  Since starting that ministry, it has grown tremendously ministering to hundreds.  Pastor Louise has a heart to see the lives of women changed throughout the world.  She believes that God can and will change and rearrange your life, just as he did for her.

About the Ministry

Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries is an exciting full gospel, charismatic, multi-ethnic, inter-denominational church.  At Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries, we believe that every person has been brought into the earth to fulfill the great commission as stated in Mark 16:15, and to use their skills, talents, and gifts to establish the Kingdom of God in the earth.

The Vision

Habakkuk 2:2  -  And the Lord answered me and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. 

The long-term vision of Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries is to establish a state of the art multi-purpose facility that would house the many diverse facets of the church such as: education and empowerment; substance abuse deliverance; and building family unity through our Outreach ministries and our married covenant couples ministry, Joshua Generation project and other Outreach ministries. 

Pastors Roy and Louise McFadden have a strong desire to see people saved, delivered, whole, nothing missing and nothing broken. 

Beliefs

• We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that he was crucified, died and buried, and on the third day he arose from the dead.
• We believe the bible is the written word of God; inspired by God and that faith is acting out the word of God.
• We believe in divine healing, tithing and offerings, and also caring for the poor, sick and the unfortunate.
  

As we proclaim Jesus the Christ, as head of the church and the manifested Word of God, our goal is to teach the word of God with simplicity and understanding so that it may be applied to our everyday lives in a practical and effective manner.  Seed Time and harvest is God’s method of operating on this planet.  God has sent us to reap the harvest at the end of this church age.
